Pascal Loudet founded Le Majordome. He began his career in the workplace environment in 1984 at Strafor. He discovered the design of tertiary spaces and the related works. He continued his journey into facility management at Faceo. He learned the orchestration, the services, the technical side and the regulations tied to the life of sites.

The building was managed. The occupants were neglected. The idea of Le Majordome was born. A complete service.

Le Majordome is a 35-person SME in the Île-de-France region. Le Majordome serves both building owners and tenants. Le Majordome runs your contracts, handles the regulatory and technical side, takes care of occupants, designs your spaces, carries out works and routine maintenance, refurbishes furniture, moves you, inventories your assets, and proposes solutions tied to your CSR and quality of work life.
